This notice applies to information sent through prairiepeakdigital.ca. It is written in plain language so you know what happens when you fill out a form or contact Prairie Peak Digital.
Prairie Peak Digital is run by Dane Warren in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. Questions about this notice can be sent to dane@prairiepeakdigital.ca.
When you use a contact form, I may collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, the challenge you select, and anything you choose to include in your message. The Local Visibility Checklist form may collect your name, email address, and business type.
I use this information to reply to your enquiry, arrange a call, understand what you are asking about, prepare work you request, and send the checklist you asked for. I do not sell your information or use it for unrelated third-party marketing.
Website forms are handled through Netlify. Form details may also be sent to the Prairie Peak Digital business inbox so I can reply. Information is only shared with providers needed to operate the website, forms, email, or services you ask me to set up.
You can ask what personal information I have about you, request a correction, or ask for it to be deleted when there is no business or legal reason to keep it. Email dane@prairiepeakdigital.ca with the request.
This site is not built to sell your personal data. If analytics, booking, payment, or other tools are added later, this notice will be updated when the way personal information is handled changes. This notice is intended to support the privacy principles that apply to Canadian businesses, including meaningful consent and openness about how information is used.
