Defined Work, Quoted to Scope
One-Time Online Setup.
For a defined online job that needs to be built, repaired, cleaned up, or launched. The scope follows the problem, not a preset bundle.
What Can Be Included
The Online Pieces Your Business Actually Needs.
This is a quoted project. You do not pay for every item below. The call decides which pieces will genuinely help, what they cost, and what you need to provide.
- Custom website build or focused pages. A full site, refresh, repair, or specific pages built around your real services, proof, locations, and customer questions. Pages are structured so search engines can crawl and understand the actual business.
- Google Business Profile work. Profile setup or cleanup, accurate business details, services, photos, and a clear connection to the right website pages.
- Relevant local listings. The important business information can be matched across the places customers may check, such as Google, Apple Maps, Bing, Yelp, or Yellow Pages where relevant.
- Clear contact, booking, or payment path. Phone, form, quote-request, Square, Acuity, or another approved path set up where it makes sense for the job.
- Launch, approval, and handoff. You see the work before it goes live. Once you approve it, Dane connects the domain, handles the agreed launch steps, and makes sure you know what was completed.
What Changes the Quote
The Scope Is Built Around the Job.
Website price changes with the amount of real work involved, not a fake package label.
- How many pages are needed and what each page needs to explain
- Whether the job is website-only or also needs Google Business Profile and listing work
- Whether booking, payments, forms, or another customer path need to be connected
- What already exists, what can be kept, and what needs to be rebuilt or cleaned up
- How much approved copy, photos, service information, and proof is ready to use
The goal of the fit call is not to force you into a bigger project. It is to figure out what will be useful first.
Website Build Example
A Website Can Do More Than Hold a Booking Link.
Bellezza Moda
From a Square Booking Page to a Site That Explains the Business.
Bellezza Moda is a piercing studio with three locations across Moose Jaw and Regina. Before the project, customers landed on a Square booking site. That helped someone book, but it did not clearly explain the services, locations, or brand to a new customer or a search engine.
The one-time build added seven pages, including service and location pages, then connected each page back into Square. This is the kind of website scope that is useful when a business needs clearer information and a stronger path into the booking system.

Make It Easy to Find the Right Local Business.
Before this one-time setup, Evolution Pest Control had no website or Google Business Profile. A search for the business name could surface similar companies outside Saskatchewan before John's Moose Jaw company.
The setup included a 5 to 6 page website built around the real pest-control services, plus a Google Business Profile connected to the right website and contact information. The result was that customers searching the business name could identify the actual Moose Jaw company instead of sorting through similarly named businesses outside Saskatchewan.
Why this matters: a one-time setup can fix the basic problem of the wrong business showing up, the right information being missing, or customers having nowhere useful to go next. It is real implementation work, not a promise of a ranking or lead number.

Clear From the First Call to Going Live.
Fit Call and Research
You explain the business, what is not working, and what you want to improve. Dane looks at the current site, profile, and customer path before recommending scope.
Scope and First Payment
You get a written scope, clear price, and what is included. Once you are good with it, the project starts with 50% upfront.
Intake and Build
You send the real services, photos, proof, logo files, access, and details needed to make it fit the business. Then the build starts.
Preview and Approval
You see the work before it goes live. Changes are handled until the agreed result is approved, then the final payment is completed.
Launch and Handoff
The domain is connected, agreed launch and indexing steps are completed, and you get a clear handoff of what was built.
A Deeper Fixed Option
Need Several Launch Pieces Handled Together?
For qualifying trades and home-service businesses with a broader website, Google presence, listing, contact-path, and launch need, the 2-Week Online Visibility Sprint is the deeper fixed-scope option. It is not the automatic next step and it is not the monthly service.
